The Policy is an integral part of the General Conditions of Use of our website and of all the rules which govern the site.It is agreed that the nullity of a contractual clause does not entail the nullity of the entire Policy.

The Data collected is for internal use within Stadium Concept and strictly limited to the teams having to know about it. In any case, we limit ourselves to collecting and processing relevant, adequate, non-excessive and strictly necessary data for the fulfillment of the purposes determined below.Beyond the storage periods mentioned below, the Data may be anonymized and stored for exclusively statistical purposes and will not give rise to any exploitation of any kind whatsoever.
2.1. Nature of the Data collected, purpose and retention period
a) Data collected from people becoming a member of Golf:During the annual subscription, the following Data is collected:Last name, first name, title, date of birth, nationality;Postal address, e-mail address, telephone number;Occupation ;French Golf Federation license number, index;Bank account statement for people wishing to set up a payment on our merchant siteThese Data are necessary for the execution of the services of the stadium conceptMember Data is hosted by the stadium concept on a dedicated server as well as if necessary for security reasons with a hosting provider.The Data is kept for a period of 3 years.
2.2. Information shared with third parties
The processing of personal data collected is strictly confidential.The stadium concept does not transmit any personal data to third parties likely to use them for their own purposes, in particular for commercial or advertising use, without having required the prior consent of the Holders.It is possible that the stadium concept transfers certain personal data to third party partners on a temporary and secure basis to ensure the proper performance of the services it offers.As such, the partners concerned may have access to the Holder's personal data and process them on behalf of stadium concept, according to the instructions of the latter and in compliance with this Policy as well as any security and appropriate confidentiality.When these partners are located outside the European Union or in a country that does not have adequate regulations to meet the requirements of the laws relating to respect for privacy in force, in particular the General Data Protection Regulations and the laws transposing it, the stadium concept oversees its contractual relationship with this partner by adopting an appropriate contractual mechanism.

The data collected is stored on secure servers located in France or in another member country of the European Union.

3.1. Nature of the Rights of the Holders
In accordance with the laws relating to the protection of personal data in force, in particular the General Data Protection Regulations and the French laws transposing them, any Account Holder has the following rights:The Holder may object to the processing of his personal data if there are legitimate reasons. The Holder has a right of access to the data concerning him. He can rectify, update and/or delete the data concerning him. He can request the portability of his data. He can request a limitation of the processing of his data carried out by the Golf. He can communicate directives relating to the storage, erasure and communication of personal data after his death (post-mortem directive).
3.2. Exercise of rights of Holders

Article 5. Applicable law – Competent jurisdiction
These general conditions of use are governed by Spanish law.In the event of a dispute relating in particular to the validity, interpretation and/or execution of these conditions, the French courts will be competent, regardless of the location and nationality of the Account Holder.
